Community Access Support
Staying connected with the community is essential for building confidence, independence, and meaningful relationships. Our Community Access Services support individuals to engage in social, recreational, and community-based activities in a way that’s safe, enjoyable, and tailored to their personal goals.
Whether it's attending appointments, joining a group activity, exploring hobbies, or simply enjoying time outside the home, our support workers are here to assist every step of the way.
Our Community Access support can include:
Attending appointments, events, or group programs
Going shopping or running errands
Visiting friends, family, or social outings
Participating in hobbies, sports, or community classes
Going to the gym, swimming, or other health activities
Support with using public transport
Building social and communication skills in real-world settings
We work closely with participants and their support teams to ensure each outing or activity is safe, purposeful, and empowering. Our goal is to support individuals to live an active, connected life—and participate in the community with confidence.
